Predominantly a Central Otago Importer, Station Imports provides to its supporters and distributors, outstanding samples of superior Pinot Noirs from some of the best and oldest vineyards in the region. In addition to great Pinot Noir, “Central” is producing high quality white wines. Especially fine examples of Riesling, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay are winning accolades from wine critics’ worldwide.
This fast growing wine region is located at the bottom of New Zealand’s South Island and thanks to the proximity to the Southern Alps; Central Otago vineyards can boast of having the only true continental climate in the country
In addition, Station Imports is expanding its portfolio to other great wine regions of New Zealand. Presently classic wines such as Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay from the Marlborough region complement the great Central Otago reds. Merlot, Syrah and Bordeaux blends are varietals from the North Island that we hope to add to the Station Imports family in the coming year.
